The Solution

Upgrade without construction dust

Seamless Elegance

The client was looking to upgrade the existing shower trim without replacing any other fixtures in the bathroom. After consulting with the Pfister project team the client decided that Pfister's elegant Park Avenue Collection blended perfectly with the existing fixtures in the bathroom.

The Challenge

The existing shower valve in the Hilton bathrooms was not compatible with the elegant Pfister Park Avenue shower trim. The installation required a complete re-engineering of the attachment method, so the new trim could be mounted to the existing valve without any expensive, time-consuming wall and tile demolition.

An engineering feat

To overcome the compatibility issue with the existing valve the Pfister engineering team rapidly developed various prototypes to arrive at a solution that not only guaranteed service-free function, but also maintained the design language of the Park Avenue Collection.
